Add allert popup window for faulty meshes

Although there is a thiny, thiny icon warning for faulty meshes when you click on the parts-dropdown,
I would like to see the option to have an "in_your_face" popup window that warns you about a faulty mesh.

I understand not everyone is keen on having an annoying popup, so hence the suggestion for an "option"

We just had a 3rd reprint of a part that refused to print, until i realised the exported STL part contained an internal error that was not externally visable...
