Due to my impeccable timing skills I updated formware to 1.0.2.4 on 17/04. Today I noticed the new release of v1.0.2.4 (dated 18/04 in the changelog) and tried to update by downloading and running the latest installer. However it failed with a message box “another version of this product is already installed”. The only option to click is “ok”. I think this may be due to the same version number already being installed?
So I just uninstalled the current version via the windows control panel and installed the new one without problems. This unfortunately also removed my settings (backups be praised). So I’d like to request the option to keep settings and profiles when uninstalling the software.
