How to remove activation on a broken SSD?

Hello,
my computers SSD within the second activation has broken.
Is it possible to activate it on my new Computer though 2 activations are done.
There´s no way to remove the activation.
What can I do?

I know this is an old post, but I’d really like to know about this since I’m going to wipe my machine with a fresh Windows install
