Is there an option to remove the sphere connection at the tip of supports?

I’m thinking in terms of reducing cleanup after the print

You could make it smaller than the beam diameter at the end…
It’s there to avoid the chance of holes in your model.
Rather sand the model a bit than have a small hole you can’t fix.
Preference i guess.
