Hello,
I am just firing up these new mono 6k machiens I purchased to knock through a violently massive job.
Ive got my first batch of models ready to but neither machine is recognizing the prints. I can see them on the usb stick fine. Ive done all the basic steps. Scrubbing the drive- formattings- pulling out more hair. etc. Not sure what else to try. TIA!
