Mesh not visible

Using demo version on win 7 64 Pro
stl files that load correctly in Meshmixer or Chitubox do not appear in Formware

File read time box shows read successful in 736 ms
There are two red areas showing on the base of the grid , but translation attempts do not pull up the wireframe
No difference in view selection or rendering mode

After multiple tried and different files ,or one brief moment, I did see the mesh
It disappeared on view change and I have never repeated seeing any file

GTX730 Nvidia card Direct x 11

I am very glad there is a trial version, was looking forward to using the software .

Root of issue appears to be video card overload from multiple applications open at same time
No problem when only Formware is open

Sorry late reply.
Thanks for this message. I’ve never experienced the issue myself.
We test the software with mulitple programs open at the same time.

I will write it on the buglist if more reports are made we need to make an investigation.
