So the Z axis measures wrong, but X&Y are correct? Is it twice as long as it should be? If that is true, it seems like it is a incorrect configuration of the layer height.
Easiest way to check the config is to print something simple, like a 10 mm cube and verify the settings.

It’s a little hard to say anything without knowing the setup and export type… if the problem persists please share your machine setup; printprofile and setup.
