Problems i need a fix

Saturn 4 Ultra, i cant find the printer, and a lot of time i keep stuck with connecting it its have been a problem… sometime the printer dont find, i dont know why… when i add manualy the ip it work… my ip is 192.168.68.100.

one question can i add a file with fixedposition, and for ex print 2 file with fixed position, group objects that could be a good feature to me…

Hi Jose,

Saturn 4 Ultra is found using UDP protocol. It’s like shouting over the network and hoping you hear something back. It’s a network protocol without much feedback and blocked by routers sometimes. I would check your router for settings…

The other question; i’m not sure what exactly you mean. Can you elaborate?
