Scaling Issue in Formware

I am using a Photon, Formware version 1.0.2.8, Windows 10.
I have an object that I want to increase in scale in only the Z axis.
File name 3DBenchy
I go to the scale option> scale per factor> scale per direction> increase by1 and the object disappears from the workspace.
The slider on the left is set at or just above floor level.
The information on the right still show a file name (part name) and # layers, no object properties.

Hi Jen,

Are you sure the layer slider is in the bottom position? Drag it past the bottom to be sure.
Perhaps your model is slightly floating above the build table? To set it onto the table can use the orient to face feature.
Another common mistake is removing the period in the scale factor.
