Hi,
Slicer added several holes to model - each hole is approx 0.5 to 1mm diameter.
Image of printed model, formware slice 1900 and 1900.png as examples…
The STL model does not have such holes in it.
I have no idea if these holes are top to bottom of model - or start and stop at different layers as only certain parts of the model are cut by the holes…but it certainly looks like a bug to me with teh slicing software…

I deleted all the supports around the holes and redid them - then resliced - and the holes went away… so suspect a bug in the software related to the supports…
mm which version are you using?
I remember something was ‘off’ in 1.0.2.4 sometimes but it was with numerical slicing. Seems you are using PNG’s.
Also in the past there have been some bugs in the base-plate. Might be this as well.
If the problem still persists please wetransfer me the project file and i will have a look.
