Slicing problem on sonic xl 4k

Hello everybody,
I have a problem, I create all the supports on the models on the built plate, I check all the layers then I slice. After slicing some models are not in z=0 in the preview of phrozen. I check in formware an the models up of one layer.
Can you help me to fix this bug, it make me crazy !!

Hello

For me this bug happens as well - but only when there are some supports not “long enough”.
For example:
I put the part 2,8mm above the build plate - then this bug happens
but when I put the part 3,0mm bove the build plate with supports below, the bug does not happen anymore.

And perhaps which version are you using? (help menu -> about)
And are you using a CPU slicing profile? (configuration -> machine slice setup tab)
