My Wanhao Duplicator D7+ has been listed as a machine option, but after slicing and exporting a project to CWS, it does not recognize any layers on the file. Does anybody have experience making the output compatible?

Hi,
There have been various versions of this machine if I remember correctly. It used to work in the past.
.cws is just a .zip package. So if you rename the .cws you have that does work; to .zip, then just unzip and see what is inside.
Check things like:
- pixel size of the images
- are the PNG’s 32bit or 8bit?
- is the gcode file setup?
- name of the gcode file?
Then check the setup of the machine in the software to match the output.
