Anycubic Mono M7 - M7 Pro

#1

Hello,

I just got the Anycubic Mono M7. Could you please add this machine to the database?

Cheers,
Kit.

Hi,

I see it’s again another format. So we have to plan some time for this to integrate it into our code base. It’s not an quick task. I will do my best to find some time next week.

In the mean time; you can use something like UVTools to run a conversion.
This can also be setup to work automatically after slicing in formware.

Or you can just export the entire print job as an .stl file and slice it in anycubic software for the moment. Bit of a hassle I realize. Unfortunately we can’t help it they change file formats with every printer for no obvious reason.

Frequent format changes are tricky.
We too hope that the Photon Mono M7 series will be supported soon.

Hi,

Yes I started on it. I’m currently on FormNext trade show this week, but will finish the work next week when back in office.

Hi all,

I managed to complete the formats for the new anycubic machines. Be it a bit later then planned.

V1220 of the installer (available in a couple of minutes) will have these machines added.
For now; we are only able to check that the files load in anycubic workshop software. I’m not fully sure they work on the machine. They should be tested and I look forward receiving some feedback if all is Ok.

Hello,
I tried out the new version for the Mono M7 Pro straight away.
The printer is right there in the overview and the slicing is running.
I use Phrozen Onyx Pro 410 resine and have to determine new data for all printers.
To start with, I took over the raw data from my Mono M5s to optimize it for the M7 Pro.
Now I have noticed that the exposure time from the ground and afterwards was not included in the program. Example- ground exposure 65s
normal exposure 6.3s
on the printer I read Boden 25s
normal exposure 1.8s
I can probably change that by hand, but I can’t change all the speeds and paths afterwards.
can you recognize that?
greetings from Germany
Niko

Hi Niko,

You shoudl be able to change the exposure times in the software as well.
And the distance+lift speed.
Configruation -> machine -> print profiles tab -> edit one, DLP settings.

Did you try that?
