An “auto support mode” to the lattice infill function would be useful to quickly add internal supports to a hollowed model, preferably as part of the lattice infill. It can take a lot of time to navigate the inside of the model and place internal supports on geometry and unsupported islands, not that many supports are required but they are difficult to place.
I don’t care too much about how the inside of the hollowed model looks, only that it is sufficiently supported without unnecessarily thick walls. An extension of this support function could be to also consider this during the hollowing process.
