Y Axis Control with the Print Controller

Hi
I have a DIY printer, top down, heated with a Z height of 350mm, with some of my taller prints I have to retract the Y axis (LED Projector), before I can raise the build plate (Z Axis) at the end of the job.
Is it possible to add some controls for this axis to the print controller software?
I see at the moment I can possibly add some commands into the F buttons as a stop gap

Hi Dan,

Yes you can use the F buttons, or just the GCode script parts to have them run automatically?
